** Yip well I believe that there is the possibility of a christian backsliding and even turning away from God so that they are not saved anymore... I think it was paul who said we have to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.. Once a christian does not neccesarily mean always a christian.

## Maybe that is not an envoronmental issue, but it seems prety revelant to me for life on this earth in general.
