Just because someone says they are a doctor, doesn't mean they are a doctor. Same with many that say they are Christians. Jesus said there would be many that would recognize him as Christ. They would prophesy in his name...perform many powerful works in his name, but he would tell them to get away from him. They were workers of lawlessness, not doing the will of his father. -- Matthew 7:21-23
This is the case today with most so called Christians. They have taken the concept of "being saved" as an excuse for loose conduct. (Jude 4; Titus 1:16) Peter said Christ left us a model for us to follow his steps closely. (1 Peter 2:21) Jesus said that those who have faith or believe in him will do the works that he did. -- John 14:12
Disregard for God's laws does not go unnoticed. -- 2 Thessalonians 1:6-9
